Deleting a brand is really easy and fast!
To delete a brand, all you have to do is access the top right-hand menu (next to the notifications icon) and click on Edit brands:
From here, you'll see that the brands come up with a ⛔ icon. You can click on that icon and said brand will be deleted: 
Please note that only team owners can delete a brand. If you delete a brand, you will permanently delete all information linked to it (conversation history, visitor details, etc.), and you will never be able to recover this data. Thus, we suggest you to be sure before removing a brand. :)
