How to create your own application

To create your own app, you will need to follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your Xeno account and access the Marketplace section.

2. Click on Create my own app tab.

3. Select a New application.

The next tab presents a form in which you will have to provide the following information:

The information you need to fill in:

• The Name you want to give to your app.

• A Short description of your new app.

• The Redirect URI (Start your URI with https://, and add a new line for each URI you fill in).

• The Scopes. You can choose the scopes you want from this list: widget, faqs, contacts, conversations. The scopes you choose must be separated by spaces. If the Scopes space is left blank, then the default scope will be widget.

• You can also customize your app by choosing a color theme and a picture.

Now that your app is created, a recap page will provide you the following information:

• Your Application ID (also called Client ID).

• Your Application Secret (also called Client Secret).

• The list of completed Scopes.

• The list of completed Callback urls (also called Redirect URIs)
