Audio issues with Video calls: others can't hear you

Is there someone in your call who can't be heard?

Ask them to play the test sound:

• Click More in the bottom right (triple dots)

• Click Cam/mic settings

• Click the text link Play Test Sound. No test sound? Try rebooting your browser.

If your browser can't play the test sound, it might also be overloaded.

You can first try quitting and reopening it.

It’s possible that your browser needs a clean start. A reboot might be the fastest way to go about it.
