Adding a dynamic link in a chat message

If you want to insert a dynamic hyperlink into any text sent to your contacts via the Xeno chatbox, you can use this syntax:

<https://example.com/users/{{user_id}}|User account>

where {{user_id}} is your variable.

For example:

If you send

<https://domainname.com/users/{{user_id}}|{{firstname}} account>

to a lead or a customer whose user id is 0123 and name is David via Xeno live chat, David will see “David account”, and when David clicks on the text, the link will redirect him to his own personal account.
