With notification settings, you can adjust your notifications as you like. You can configure the notifications you wish to receive, their frequency, and define the reception mode of your choice.
Log into your Xeno account
Access the Brand Menu
Click on your profile and choose My Notifications
tab.
You now have the ability to access the following notification settings and activate or deactivate notifications at your convenience:
General notifications
Conversation notifications
Messages notifications
Contacts notifications
Meeting notifications
Knowledge base notifications
Automated communication notifications
The smart notifications: If you are logged-in to Xeno from a web browser you will receive your notifications in your Xeno notification center. If you are logged in from one of our native app you will receive your notifications as a push notification on your mobile device. If you are not logged at all you’ll automatically receive your notifications as emails.
The web browser notifications: Web browser notifications appear in your Xeno Notification Center.
The push notifications: Your notifications are delivered by your mobile device
The email notifications: Your notifications are delivered as e-mail.
You therefore have the possibility to activate or deactivate the notifications of your choice and decide how to receive your notifications, so that you never miss a thing! 🚀
