As the size of your conversation flow increases, keeping it tidy will greatly improve its usage. To help you with this, we've created a handful of features designed to keep your flow organized.

Automatically rearrange your flow

While editing your flow, you can press at any time the Auto-arrange flow steps to rearrange your flow.

Note that it is possible to only rearrange part of your flow by selecting a step. This feature will then only be applied to steps downstream from the one selected.

Using lines to manually organize your flow

We've also created an invisible step to help keep your flows organized. The line step sole purpose is to extend the length of the line connecting two steps.

Use it to your heart's content especially around cluttered areas of your flow.

Splitting your flow into multiple

If your flow becomes too big to keep organized, we advise you to split it into multiple flows. You can for instance create one that will handle the greatings and will gather data about your contact, another one might determine the topic of the contact's query before assigning the right agent for the job.

It is then possible to interlink these flows by using the Start another flow stopping step.

Then simply select the flow you'd like to start and Voila!
