Having internal chats with team members inside visitor channels

In Xeno conversations, opened by a visitor or contact via the Xeno chatbox on your website, you can actually have private conversations with your teammates.

All you have to do is add @your-teammate-username at the very beginning of your message inside the channel. This will hide your message from your contact and it will only be shown to team members inside the channel. Here is an example:

The above message will not appear in the conversation on the contact's end. Only team members in the channel can see it.
