What is Auto-translate?

Auto-translate is our new feature that lets you instantly communicate with your contacts in their native language.

How does Auto-translate work?

Instantly and seamlessly! All you need to do is respond to your contact in your native language with the auto-translate feature enable. The auto-translate feature automatically detects your browser language, and your contact's. It instantly translates your messages while you chat. Your user will see the response in their native language and you will see their messages in your own language.

Do I have control over the Auto-translate feature?

Of course you do. You can switch auto-translate on and off from inside the Xeno conversation, thanks to the Pause auto-translation button. You can also activate or deactivate the auto-translate feature directly from your account.

How do I activate Auto-Translate?

In your Settings page, in the left-hand side menu. Just click on the Languages tab and toggle the Enable auto-translate switch between activated and deactivated. It's as simple as that!
