The following is a short recap of what we have implemented to become GDPR compliant:
- We updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- We created new legal documents that include, more specifically, the following:
- Subscription Agreement
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- Cookie Policy
- Data Protection FAQ
- We appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- We created a specific email address dedicated to your GDPR queries ([email protected]), to increase our responsiveness about GDPR.
- As usual, and multiple times a year, we assess our data processing system and take appropriate actions to ensure your data remains safe.
