Find my chatbox Secret Key

Your Chatbox Secret Key will allow you to interact with the Xeno REST API. This Secret Key is unique for every single chatbox in your team.

• To get your chatbox Secret Key, go to your Xeno account and click on Settings.

• Then, go to Marketplace and click on Create my own app. Next, click on the New Application button. Fill in the required fields.

• For the Scope field, the possible scopes are: conversations, contacts, faqs, widgets, triggers.

• Once completed, return to the Your Application page and click on the Your authorized applications button. Here, you will find your application. Click on Show to access your token.

• Here are your secret key, just copy it and keep it private! Everyone with this Secret Key can consult or manage your data through the Xeno REST API.
