Pushing a name / email / etc. form to your contacts

How does it work?

You can use the Xeno feature "interrogations" to ask your contacts’ information when chatting with them. By using this feature, your question will be shown as a form on the visitor side.

You can ask anything via this feature just as long as it is useful to your business. After your contact fills out the form with their answers, the information will be automatically saved. You can use the feature 'Details' anytime from the conversation itself to see the updated information.

• Note 1: When using our Smart code snippet, information added or updated via this feature won’t be saved in your database. You should connect Xeno to a third party provider to update the data in your database.

• Note 2: You can push another form to your contact if they have already submitted their answer to the last form, otherwise the new form will replace the old form.
