How to import or export your Knowledge Base

How to import your Knowledge Base:

❗️ Before importing an existing Knowledge Base into Xeno, you must specify the language in which it was written. This allows us to recognize the language in our database and display it correctly. You can find the list of accepted languages ​​for the Knowledge Base in the following documentation: https://slaask.help/hc/core-featuress/accepted-languages-for-your-brand_name-knowledge-base?lang=en

With Xeno, you can easily import an existing Knowledge Base with just a few clicks!

  1. On the left menu, enable the Knowledge Base feature and then click-on Set up.

  2. You will then be redirected to a page where you can upload an already existing Knowledge Base. Here you can import a file using .csv format.

  3. Xeno will then automatically populate all fields based on similar categories. If you see any blanks, just click on the drop-down menu and choose the field for the post column that you can then view.

  4. Finally, you will get a confirmation message once your post(s) has(have) been uploaded.

Note: If you try to upload an article that is already in your Knowledge Base, the file will automatically update.

You have successfully completed your import! 🚀

How to export your Knowledge Base:

Exporting your Xeno Knowledge Base is very simple, just go to the Knowledge Base feature page > Set Up and click on Export my knowledge base.

The Knowledge Base is then automatically saved in your download as a .csv file.
