What is Xeno's plan for Multi-account Organizations?

How does Xeno work today?

In a Xeno account, a Xeno Owner/Admin can create their Team and invite their team members.

Once some or all team members are invited, they can also access Xeno with their own log-in.

They can then answer contacts, access different features, etc. depending on the permissions and the views they have in the Xeno account.

What is Xeno for Single-account Organizations like?

Single-account Organization:

The Single-account Organization will manage one account: its own.

Team:

A team is made up, most commonly, of colleagues. They can be invited to join when the Single-account Organization signs up for Xeno, or from the Team Members page afterwards. Once invited, team members can join your Xeno team. Essentially, the team is made up of the people who have access to the Xeno account. 

Brand:

A brand is essentially a variant of the Xeno feature set, with a different visual identity (ie. colors, texts, logo, etc.). For instance, you can generate two different Xeno chatboxes or two different Xeno help centers through two different brands. You can use the current Xeno brand system if you have one single organization with multiple websites or different sections in your main site. You cannot use the current Xeno brand system if you have or manage totally different organizations or totally different teams. In other words, currently the team behind these “brands” has to be a single team (the Xeno account team).

How will Xeno work in the near future for Multi-account Organizations?

We are taking into account a lot of different use cases and trying to make everything work the way everybody would like. We are working on something that will make Multi-account Organizations lives' easier while still making all other organizations happy.

The new Multi-account Organization perimeter we are working on will be activatable upon request for any Organization in need of organization management capabilities.

What will Xeno for Multi-account Organizations be like?

Multi-account Organization:

The Multi-account Organization manages multiple Xeno accounts. The multi-account holder will have access to its’ own Xeno account, and will also be able to create and access its’ Clients accounts.

Client 1, 2, 3, 4:

The Multi-account Organization’s Clients will have their own Xeno account, completely separated from each other. Client 1 will not have access to Client 2’s account, etc.

Do you plan to deliver Xeno-related support to my clients?

Regarding Xeno-related support, as they’re your clients, we believe you’ll be in the best spot to deliver the support yourself. If need be, and if the questions are specific or technical, you’ll be able to come to us for some answers. ❤️

Will Xeno provide me with a specific payment system to collect my clients' payments?

At this stage, we don’t see the need to provide you with a specific payment system for you to take care of client billing through Xeno. For now, we recommend you to take care of clients’ billing the way you see fit, on your side.
